Much easier than using QT or FCP.
One thing I noticed - and I am torn between calling it a feature or a bug - is that each frame gets exported in the same size as your windows is sized. I.E. When you have a 600x400 QT file, but your window is, say 605x605, you get a square picture.
What I would love is the following future features:
Automatic numbering of exported frames.
Option to export in native QT size (with option of having 16:9).
Display of current window size.
A Text saying "Drop QT file here" instead of the blue screen - this threw me off at first; blue screen to me suggested that I would have to plug in a DV source.
That said, great little - and free - programme. Thanks for your work!

However it's a small, simple app that does what it says and does it well. I just tested it out.... maybe I'll use it and maybe not, but it deserves an honest review.
Email me at

and I will personally send you a copy of the program in the meantime. Thanks for your patience.

command-control-shift-4, make the selection, and it throws that screen section into your clipboard. It's built-in to the OS.
Just drag and drop the image from QT to the desktop... voilĂ
