I like Xee, but the only problem for me is that I cannot print in Xee. I have to open Aperture for easy print.
That is the reason i looked for another app. and I found exactly what I was looking for, JUSTLOOKING. And FREE as well.
Thank you to the developer of Xee, but now for me, thank you very, very much to the developer of Justlooking. Easy, nice, simple, wonderfull ! Thank you for free !

1.thumbnail strip/viewer (sth. simple on the bottom or side with ability to swith off)
2. some kind of "save the image rotation". it is so frustraiting when wathing un-rotated fotos you have to rotate it every tame you go to the same single image.

For example, if you browse 200 images and got to a photo whose name start with "T" and you give it a new name starting with "A", the application will take you right to the beginning. Then, you will have to go forward by one picture at a time until getting to where you were before.
Everytime I set XEE as my default picture viewer (instead of preview) it works fine but after rebooting Preview automatically becomes my defualt picture viewer again!!
I downloaded RCDefault to fix it but even there all my preferences (JPG, BMP etc) dissappear for Xee after rebooting............
Been trying for almost a day now............please help!!
Not a Clue.

Is this just me, or?
Glad to see some resolvement to this issue, as I think Xee is a wonderful application otherwise.
I'd recommend a 2 step workaround- first do a Save As on the jpeg, and then reopen in Xee.

I loved everything about Xee and would very much like to start using it again. But seeing that this strip of image resources occured one time too many now, when I rotate pictures in Xee, I'm afraid I don't dare risking to loose one more picture... I hope this is due to something else, but so far, my pictures have stopped disappearing when using other image viewers. (Again, I still regard Xee as being the sweetest of them all. It's a pity for me, this.)
