iPodDisk is designed to make it easy and intuitive to copy music from an iPod; it enables you to do so within the Finder, or whatever application that use to read files.
What's New
Version 2.0 (b1):
- Ported to MacFUSE.
- A new logo.
- Built as universal binary at last.
- Added support for multiple iPods.
- Optimized memory usage.
- Compilations are now grouped under iPodDisk/Compilations folder.
- Fixed some bugs where iPodDisk.app would not start when placed under certain folders.
Important Notes:
- MacFUSE 0.2.4 is required.
- Due to a limit in MacFUSE, 10.3 is no longer supported, sorry.
- This is still a beta release, please report any issues found.

Sorry, iPodDisk requires OS X 10.4 or later.

I downloaded it to restore the iTunes library on my recently crashed Mac. Thus, this program deleted my ENTIRE MUSIC LIBRARY.
Useless program with no instructions.

When I had 10.5, it was fine. Since I changed my OS from 10.5 to 10.6, ipoddisk has become garbage. Hope they are going to update it soon. Until then, we all have to be patient.

I have got the "new" IPod, the third generation. Nano.
And My IPod Disc does not work. Is that a version who works with the new one??
I need an answer faast :)

(a) Mounting without turning on Disk Mode on the iPod, or mount the iPod on-the-fly if it isn't already.
(b) Mount the iPod as a complete read/write iTunes library so that I can access all of my iPod songs, edit them, use a visualizer, and do everything else I would in iTunes, but with my iPod as the source of the library. (Don't know how syncing would handle some of this stuff, though...)
