With Mac OS X you can customize toolbars in the finder.
So why can't you customize your dock as well?
With Dock Separators you can group your applications simply by dragging a copy of your favorite separator into the
dock. You may just as easily remove a separator by dragging it away from the dock. We included several stylish
separators: feel free to draw new ones and submit them to our email address: info@ipassion.it

The separators give a clear and immediatley recognisable visual cue to app type; significantly speeding application selection and generally aiding faster and more efficient use of the dock and system as a whole.
Another brilliantly simple - yet useful - idea.
