"The program has been designed to synchronize music files to a specific location on the memory card of a mobile phone or other similar device. Other files will be deleted from this location. If a careless user points this program to a location other than the desired one, unwanted files may get deleted. The author takes no responsibility of potential data loss."
Conclusion: Always read the ReadMe before first using an application!
device. This really needs to be corrected.
If you have song1 in more then one playlist on iTunes targeted to be synced it will not show up on the other playlist that get created on your device.

Phone is LG eNV2 (VX-9100). Use the 0 folder setting and all works perfectly. Have not tried video or photo transfer yet.
My one wish list item would be Calendar (and Contact) syncing, but that is asking a lot. (And I guess can't be done through removable media...I have just downloaded BitPim to try for that, but first have to get a micro USB cable.)

Now all it needs is bluetooth support. any work is being done on that?

Works perfectly with my SonyEricsson k800i, iTunes7.02 and OSX 10.4.8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. put song A, B, and C in playlist one
2. put song X, Y, A, C in playlist two
3. set playlist one and two to be sync in prefs
4. after the sync check the playlists on the SD card
What is the expected output?
I should see song A, B, and C in playlist one and song X, Y, A, C in playlist two
What do you see instead?
I see see song A, B, and C in playlist one and song X, Y in playlist two (so I am missing A,C in this playllist)
Note: all the music files are copied to the SD card but the playlist are getting altered from what they should be when the same songs are in more then one playlist.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.955 and OSX Version 10.6.5
Please provide any additional information below.

However, iTunes 9 started to freeze on me as soon as I installed it last week. After various attempts to solve the problem, I noticed that removing all scripts from ~/library/itunes/scripts solved the freezing problem. It may not be specific to iTuneMyWalkman, but this was the only scripts I had installed for iTunes 9, so just wanted to point this out to the developer.

it all starts fine, auto launches when i plug the w880i in. any thoughts.....?
i'm on 10.4.11 and itunes 7.6
The only way I can get it to work is to work is if I choose the "Mass storage" option on the phone and then the music goes into the gallery rather than the music media place. This means that I get the music on the phone but I can only access it from the gallery which means I can only play one song at a time, it will not continually play, also I can't get the playlist in the order that it was sent.
Is there a way to get this working thru the media player.
I am using OS X 10.4.9 and itunes version 7.1.1

When I select Synchronise Now, I get the following Applescript error in a popup:
"Can't make «class pAlA» of item 1 of every «class cFlT» of «class cUsP» (item 1 of {"iTMW"}) of application "iTunes" whose enabled of it = true into type string. (-1700)"
I have tried changing the name of the iTunes folders and tried different on the fly encodings to no avail.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Each time, a small dialogbox apparears :

If I click "OK", another dialogbox appears :

Can't make " " into type record. (-1700)
I know ITMW is a great app, because I was used to sync my phone music before this issue appears.
