NetDiagX is a network utility that detects problems on your network. It can also send out emails when your IP has changed, which can be useful if you are wanting to connect to your computer if it's on a dynamic IP address. It was designed for my own personal use, but I'd like to share it with others. This is the first semi-public build but remains in the developement stages - don't expect miracles!
What's New
Version 0.2.2 - Personal Version
About box now gets version number from version string in app class.
MainWin is resizable, but should only really be used under Bonjour tab.
Help now redirects to documentation on website.
Removed second router testing, caused problems, may be back in future.
Requirements
PPC, Mac OS X 10.3 or later (Although needs testing on 10.1 and 10.2)
Be the first to recommend a similar software title.
Upon opening the app, I receive the message "This app is not supported on this architecture"...and I'm on PPC!

Although I'm connected to only one router -- and it's working properly --, the app continues to tell me there's a problem with the default router. I do frequently connect via proxy, though proxy settings are turned off at the moment, so I don't quite understand why the app is giving router error for.

eMac 800/384 with Mac OSX 10.3.9
When I decompressed the app. it wouldn't work, I checked the package contents, and voila. A wierd screwup. Every file had been strangeley duplicated and needed to be renamed to work.
Odd: All the files with .1 should be renamed whatever the original was named with ZERO bytes in it.
As far as I can tell this does nothing more than the same thing your network settings does for details.
What a pain in the ass for nothing new or useful.

Just downloaded it, checked package contents: NO duplicate files as you describe. Not fair to blame the developer/app for something that is apparently wrong with your machine.
There are currently no troubleshooting comments. If you are experiencing a problem with this app, please post a comment.
