Clean Up Non Mac Disks... Mac OS X litters many hidden files on non-native partitions and shared network drives. Clean Up Non Mac Disks is an AppleScript application for getting rid of them. Just drop the partition onto Clean Up Non Mac Disks or select the partition to clean after double clicked before ejecting. You may simple double click the application to choose disks to be cleaned. Alternatively, you may simply drag the volume onto the application icon. The disk will be cleaned and ejected after cleaned.

It did nothing. So i fixed this bug "((i as string) & ":")" and then at least after running it says: "Disk xy has been cleaned and ejected".
But when i look with the Filemanager of my phone into the file system there are still ".Spotlight-V100" and ".Trashes" folders.
So this program needs a bugfix for Snow Leopard i guess, and then it would be a nice useful application.
Furthermore, some lion specific folders are removed as well.

USB drives were loaded on my 12" G4 PowerBook (OSX 10.5.8), processed, and then checked on my wifes HP Pavillion (OS Win Vista) laptop
I tried this because my Hidden Cleaner 1.2.1 leaves a ". " file behind on my USB drives.
CUMND left behind trashes and more --- no difference between a "cleaned" stick and one that was not cleaned.
This one announces completion by voice and ejects when it is done ---to bad it doesn't clean. It has a very nice/impressive UI.
I'll stick with Hidden Cleaner for now, and watch for updates to this.

It can run on 10.2+
Cons:
Non-existant GUI
No ability to select folders instead of entire drives.
No customization at all.
There are other programs out there that do a much better job, with more than just a box with an OK/cancel button on it.
