This is really bad. I'm not sure how to explain it, except saying that this is the kind of thing that was cool in 1995 and comp-sci students write for their first or second projects. You're a decade too late to get my money.
Hmmm, there's not much to review as such, but I can't say I've ever had much desire for a slightly transparent animated gif to float around my desktop. Certainly interesting and unique, but I can't say I've every pay for it.
