QtiPlot is a graphing and analysis software for scientists and engineers. Some of its features: 2D and 3D data plotting, ASCII-Import, powerful and versatile spreadsheets and calculations in column-logic, non-linear y=f(x) curve fitting and estimation of statistical errors of the fit-parameters.
What's New
Version 0.8.7: Release notes were unavailable when this listing was updated.
Requirements
PPC, Mac OS X 10.4 or later, an installation of Trolltech's Qt/Mac 3.3 C++ framework (a download bookmark for an installer package of Qt/Mac 3.3.4 GPL-Edition is provided with the installer)
As of qtiplot 0.83, this app no longer worked on my computer. Other Qti-based apps continue to work fine.
Now, these people want "donations," or no binary versions. No "donation," no download, no exceptions. Well, there are plenty other fish in the sea. I can let this one go, and I will.

Qt is a *horrible* choice for a graphical toolkit. No thanks.

If you are looking for simple graphing and analysis software without the big download and Trolltech's Qt/Mac dependencies, you might check out MathPad. It isn't doesn't have the built-in statistical analysis but it is fairly powerful and also free.
I get a "Safari can't find the server" error in Safari from the download link.
From the "More Information" link, I can get the developer page, and a downloads page, but it's not clear which of these (if any) is for the Mac platform.
I hope the developer can clarify or fix the issue. I'd like to give this app a try.
I just downloaded the software and unzipped it. I am not able to run it. I see an icon of qtiplot in my Applications but it doesn't seem to run. Can you help me out.
I'm the developper of QtiPlot, but I do not maintain the package you have downloaded, so I can't help you out!
If you want a package that works out of the box, please read my previous response! You can get it from:

You can download the QtiPlot binaries for Mac OS X 10.4 from the following address:

No installation is needed in order to run QtiPlot, you only have to unzip the downloaded archive!
Please, make a donation (10 euros) in order to get download access. This will help me continue to work on the project and keep it GPL.
