The latest version works fine for me post-digital switchover, and now represents my only way of seeing original Teletext. And the original service is so much better than the pathetic new version provided with digital channels, which is lightweight and useless.

You seem to get about 2 levels of click with this widget, where afterwards it will simply stop responding to clicking on numbers for some reason. Either that or it only lets you click on numbers for the main news page and subsequent page.
Occasionally when you launch the widget it just won't respond to clicks at all.
And also I have just noticed with this new version that clicking the info button to spin the widget round then clicking done effectively renders the widget dead for that instance and it will no longer respond to any clicks at all (and the Ceefax logo gets messed up as well)
This is an interesting and nice looking widget as I say, but it's either just not there yet or it is suffering from existing user input bugs in Dashboard (10.4.1) that are not the author's fault.
I have however included a workaround, in the form of the R key, which will refresh the widget (actually it reloads current screen) which for some reason fixes the input problem!
More info when i have it.
I had downloaded it, but didn't realise at the time of writing it hadn't auto installed it as usually happens(Presumbably new widgets don't automatically overwrite older versions ?)
However when I trashed the old one and installed your new one manually it ceased working altogether. When I click or drag the widget out it just doesn't load the contents anymore.
Maybe it's a preference or cache problem my end.
Anyway thanks for replying, and I will very much keep an eye out for future versions.
thanks again
Other widgets work normally.
I may be having some technical problems with this machine at the moment so my experience may not be representative.
One humble suggestion is that instead of mouse input why not have it literally like Ceefax, in fact I think I have seen this done before where you key in the numbers yourself and have a kind of time out period where after 3 numbers it will reset the number you are trying to input. So basically one just keys in the number on their keypad and you don't even have to press enter. Just an idea anyway I'll give you an email as well
