I like this widget and have used it quite a bit, but ever since upgrading comps and to Leopard, text clippings don't really show up in the preview window.

Update: Version 2.0.1 seems to have fixed all strange bugs with the clip bins.

Version 2.0 is very buggy. Sometimes when first loaded, it only shows 3 "wells" even though the widget is sized to show 5. But when you scroll over there are more wells after the 2 empty spots.

Also, sometimes when you mouseover a disabled button it lights up and becomes enabled. (when there is nothing in a well, you can click the delete clip button.)

Nothing major, just letting you know.

Hey, I updated some software and had to restart and discovered that this thing remembered what I'd loaded across the reboot!!!

Way cool, useful, the price is right. And you don't have to memorize any wierd keyboard commands to use it. And the kind of goofy Sci-Fi interface is cool. Only problem: with the small portals, if you're storing something like text clippings it can be a bit hard to remember what's where. And it would be nice if the active portal could be indicated by some kind of special visual cue.

The Widget version is no real replacement for iClip. I don't want to think whether I'll need this or that clip later, or not. And if I don't manually activate the widget, the clip is lost - the standard Mac OS way.

Besides, even if I try to clip into the Widget, it often does not react at all.

So - forget about it. Not everything that is free is useful just because it doesn't cost a cent.

Yeah, and who needs a button file launcher???

Ever heard of LaunchBar & Quicksilver?

(They are what Spotlight was meant to be.)

Great Widget, I was waiting for someone to release a sort of virtual Dock you could access through Dashboard so you could launch apps quickly....and this already very handy widget now does it! Nice!

It's pretty good. A couple of things to make it even better:
1) a preference to resize the widget (it takes up way too much screen real estate as it is);
2) enable horizontal scrolling for mice that have a scroll wheel.
