Using NRG products for about 8 years now. We started with the Filemaker integration NRGship and moved up to Filemaker NRGconnect I believed it is called. Great software that does everything a small to medium sized business could ask for. We have it extensively integrated into our backend Filemaker solution and it is fantastic. Customers call us on the phone for updates and we instantly have the latest info in had. We ship about 40 to 60 packages a day via UPS and USPS and NRG handles it all with great ease. Single one off shipping via Filemaker is great. Batch shipping using import from excel files is fast and efficient also. Can't say enough about how good NRG staff is quick to help when needed. Filemaker and NRG is a win win for any business shipping needs.

Question: Doesn't UPS do this on their website for free?

We had converted all our computers to Mac due to the problems with Windows except for one. That one Dell computer was used only to run Worldship. After being a year old, the motherboard fried. That's when we had to find a replacement for Worldship and found NRG. For us it has been a great program handling all our shipping. Easy to use, track packages, find out what has been delivered, find out shipping rates, etc. The developer has also been great to work with. We needed some custom requirements/fields for our shipping labels, worked with him to implement our requirements and he rolled them into an upgrade. All our tech questions & problems are answered promptly. I highly suggest this program.
