CrossVC.eu
CrossVC XXL (formerly known as LinCVS) is a graphical Interface for the cvs client command line tool. It can load modules from a server (checkout), create modules on the server (import), check the state of directories and individual files, and update them. Basic operations like add, remove, and commit are supported as matter of course. More advanced features include showing the actual differences between the server version and the local sandbox, graphical display of the version tree, and graphical support for project maintenance. All actions are logged on the cvs server.

I'm moving everything to subversion, but I will definitely consider using this tool for legacy repositories.
