Just wait for Tiger folks... They're building in the ability for any app to quit without asking you to save... Why? Because it will automatically do that for you.

Is that true? I hadn't heard about that. This has always been possible, of course, but it's not easy. If this turns out to be true Apple deserves a big pat on the back.

$25? Get real. All this does is send a cmd-s keystroke to the front application at intervals.

Yes, but does your mac do that command automatically? Can it do it at specified intervals for only the apps you choose? Or are you still pressing cmd+s constantly.
