The biggest / coolest part of Entourage is the wide screen viewing of email - its radically different and works so well. Its makes you wonder how you ever got along looking at emails with a top to bottom format when you have a 16:9 ratio LCD.
Would really like to see Microsoft build in .Mac support and iSYNC right beside there server .NET stuff.

Even with filters that 'learn' to recognize spam have their limits. Good to see that MS is keeping this updated.
The previous spam filter caught about 90% of my spam but it seemed to be letting more through lately (hard to measure tho). Too soon to tell if this is an improvement.
