Nokia Collector allows you to use your Nokia 7280 mobile phone to transfer and store images, videos,
and other files from your phone. Keep items synchronized between your phone and your Mac.
Requirements
PPC, Mac OS X 10.0 or later.

If you use Mac OS X, when you open Nokia Collector, the files in your phone display in a window. Your phone name is in the left column. Above your phone name, you see "library". You must drag all items in the window into this library. This library folder is called "Nokia Collector", it's located at: users/application support/Nokia Collector, that's where you'll find your files when you have quit Nokia Collector.
I use Nokia Collector with my 6230i mobile, it's perfect! For those interested, the downloaded files should be imported to the Nokia Collector Library, and if you want to access them from another app, you find them in the Nokia Collector folder, located at: users/application support/nokia collector. This is quite handy if for example you wish to import your pictures to iPhoto. The neatest feature, in my opinion, is that all you have to do is activate Bluetooth on both phone and computer, and Nokia Collector manages the rest, you don't have to take care of device pairing etc.

Also works with a Nokia 6620, uh, I think. I was able to upload and dowload files from the phone. Can't access the files I uploaded to the phone though. Does anyone know how this software is supposed to work?

Collector doesn't really work with Symbian-based phones because of the way they implement Bluetooth file transfers. With your 6620, for example, you only get access to the phone's Inbox, not the actual file system.

The problem is with Symbian Series 60 phones. Series 40 implementation of Bluetooth is fully compatible with Collector.

Also works with Bluetooth enabled SonyEricsson phones.
