Beholder Lite allows you to quickly search for images on the web, whether you're using searching services such as Google or simply scanning web sites for images. Beholder also supports scanning of local image folders and iPhoto libraries. Thumbnails are displayed with link details and a zoomed preview courtesy of our patent pending Prism Zoom technology.

Its ok, but i found Fagan Finder much better.

Great app, but Google's blocking is annoying. Ah well, MSN will suffice.

Good and solid application. But:

- the zoom thing is very very annoying because the pictures look aweful. What's even worse is that in preferences there is no field which allows you not to display this zoom.
- you cannot drag directly from the window. If it was possible, then this app would be even a greater timesaver.
- why it doesn't display the picture size? No width by height information, no information about the size in KB.
-and, could you design a decent icon please?

So... It is good but very simplistic. I don't particularly find this app helpful. Just go to Google and that's it. Why to create an app to do it for you?

Really nice program, Does what it says. I have used hours on end and not a single crash. The sort by feature is nice however it would be nice if you could sort by size. Either in dimension or file sizes.
Bravo! It is very fast at grabbing the images ans converting them to icon size. It takes quite a long time when double clicking an image to down load and makes no difference if it is a 53kb image or a 5.3mb image. Why is this? For example I was searching for Space imagery satelite photos, they are usually quite large file sizes (1.5 - 5.0mb at least the good ones are) and later I clicked on some tiny file sizes and they both took about the same time to download.

Excellent! I have been using it for months (previous versions), never any problem, and it has made looking rapidly for an image on some topic a very easy task. The free version is so good that I have never felt the need to change for the full version! However, I might do it finally, just as a way of saying "thank you" to the developer!
