- Did a nearly complete re-write of the application!
- Now supports basic HTML'ing for code submitting
- Made an easy way to create your own 'code/tut/tip...' file
- Other bugfixes and unecesairy code deletion

don't it could also be called something like "plagiaat" (Don't know the english for it..) seeing that i copied the idea from the original RBCodex...
but seeing that that codex has stopped being updated, i thought it would be an interesting idea to build a RBCodex program and update it myself...
