I have sent several emails and I have not received a response.
The initial response that I received before the purchase was that I would get the serial number shortly after payment.
Please advise what I need to do to get the serial number to be able to use the product.

I don't really understand the "UI is inconsistent " statement.
About the modal dialogs:
a) this is a beta version, in the final version, you'll be able to turn this off in the preferences
b) this is a protection of user's data, so the user doesn't do something that he/she doesn't want to do.
Please, it would greatly help me and further development of this program, if you would be so kind and contact me, telling me, what exactly is wrong in your eyes and I can try fixing it.

all other ways to contact you failed, so I am forced to ask you to send me another e-mail contact on you publicly. Every time I send you an e-mail with the registration info to you, it returns back. I have already tried to deliver it over 6 times within 5 different e-mail addresses.
