UltraSMS is a free utility that allows you to SMS message enable web sites or applications by being able to send and recieve SMS messages to and from a simple MySQL database via a mobile phone.

Requirements
PPC, Mac OS X 10.3 or later, MySQL, supports Siemens GSM modules, T68, T68i, T610, and K700i mobile phones and will try to configure others.

Brilliant little app! make sure you are familiar with the command line before using, but once its set up its a really quick way to get SMS on your website.
