Customer service has responded and reset my password. Hope this clears up the problem.

Downloaded pro version ($190.00), onto my 1.67 GHz power PC G-4, 512mb ddr sdram, OS 10.4.2. Program authorized the serial number and all options were usable, I was very pleased with my purchase. However the second time I tried to open the program it would only open in demo mode, and when I tried to authorize the message was that my serial number licence was inuse by a diferent computer and I would have to purchase a new license. I am not happy. I have sent email to support with no response. It may be my problem, not saved or closed properly, I am a user not a programer, and I am sure customer support will clear this up if they ever get my email, maybe I sent it the wrong way as well.

Please help - desparately need ProPrompter to work by tomorrow and can't even open it now that I've upgraded to Tiger. What gives?
