Thanks for the hint! Your character is perfectly well, but BugManager forgot to handle the quote - which is used in a database operation in a special way - in an even more speical way.
This problem will be fixed soon. Please send an email to us. We are happy to send you a note, if the problem is fixed.

I take back the "paste" problem, because I found out that the real problem is the character ----> '

I began to use it, but I met a problem: When I click the "New" button to create a new bug, then I past some text in the "Description" field. When I'm done, I click on "Save Bug". Absolutely nothing gets saved. If I don't do Apple+v in the Description field, it works. This is very irritating because I can't copy text from e-mails due to this.
I think it would be a good idea when clicking on a bug in the list that a new window could appear, so I could work with more than one bug at once.
Looking away from that problem, it's a perfect solution for me :)

I'm a bit confused. You have all of these features listed:
• Changed Mac OS Archive format (now StuffIt)
• Added document icon for BugManager DBs
• Added support for non-english languages (now UTF8 encoding)
• Added support for non-default named DB files
• Added live-filter feature (title and description field)
• Added OS X address book integration
• Fixed PopupMenu updating
• Added feedback functionality
Yet none of them seem to be available in the application. The file menu only includes the option "Open Default Database". Nothing allowing even the creation of new databases for more than one project. Am I missing something? The feedback functionality does not work, I see nothing about Address book anywhere, Nothing about multiple DB Files, etc... What can I actually use this app to DO?
Also, the app crashed giving this message:
"An exception of class OutOfBoundsException was not handled."
I think I was double clicking on an untitled bug item when it happened.
Cool application but I cant figure out how to actually use it & theres no documentation I can find. :-(
Second: Please contact software@turingart.com! We are happy to help you!
> Changed Mac OS Archive format (now StuffIt)
The previous release used an ill archive format. Now SIT is used and should work fine.
> Added document icon for BugManager DBs
The previous release had no special DB icon. Now, a new one is included.
> Added support for non-english languages (now UTF8 encoding)
The previous release set no encoding at all. Thus, it was not cross platform and some characters got lost in the DB file.
> Added support for non-default named DB files
Well, you are right! Please simply double-click a DB in Finder. This will open the DB.
> Added OS X address book integration
BugManager reads your ME record from AB and includes it in the Bugs, which you created.
> Yet none of them seem to be available in the application.
Please get in contact with use! I would be happy to fix this problems for you!
> Nothing allowing even the creation of new databases for more than one project.
No, you missed nothing. BugManager started as a small internal solution for our developers. We decided to make it public - with lack of documentation and a very basic GUI. Will be fixed.
> The feedback functionality does not work
Please be so nice and send the more detailed to us.
> I think I was double clicking on an untitled bug item when it happened.
Thanks! We'll have a look on that!
> Theres no documentation I can find. :-(
Your are right - unfortunately! The next release will include integrated/browsable/searchable/printable documentation.
And finally: Please send us a personal email!
