Toki LineTest is a professional software solution for creating pencil test for animation movies and cartoons. When the animator has drawn the drafts of his/her animation, he/she verifies the quality of it (fluidity, litheness, rhthm, speed), by shoot with a video camera its drawings one by one -- thus creating a pencil test. This program helps with that process.

TOKI LineTest is a professional tool for animators, they are several software like this on PC, but few on MacOS.
Its main purpose is to help animators to do a linetest and build the x-sheet.

Our website is OK, but we have a problem with the domain provider.

exellent software IMHO, an absolute life saver, I was looking for something like this on the Mac, I didn't think there was anything on the Mac for profesional use with an x-sheet?
Their website seems to be offline at this time.

Whatever this program is for, it doesn't do anything beyond the use of a digitizer card and a video camera (?). And while the interface may be cute, it doesn't seem to be user-friendly, or should I say, idiot-friendly. And what's up with the programmer's website? I really wish I have better things to say about this program, seeing that I'm the first to comment. One suggestion though, if the programmer reads this: How about an Export option that converts the animation file into Flash?

I'm shocked that you'd say this is only a "digitizer"

Anything can digitize... a camera, a scanner... that's not what a line-tester is.

A line tester PLAYS BACK the images at not only the right speed, but easy lets you lay out your exposures of 1's 2's and 3's

You're obviously not an animator, go back to school.

On top of that it does them in layers.

Let's say you have ONE picture that is the background.... it stays the same, but you want to see how the other layer looks ON TOP of that. This automatically mixes them.

And say you have one animation going at 24 fps while the other is on 2's (read 12 fps) you can shoot two layers and mix them.
