This driver works well ONCE. It will not stick. It has to be reset each time it's used. The strange thing is that it was working OK until I installed HP software for a new scanner that I purchased.

I am having the same problem installing my printer..my mac doesn't recognize any driver and it quits unexpectedly..please help!

I also had problems installing the printer with the driver. In my last attempt, I went through the process again. However this time instead of trying to find the printer as a USB printer (which it detects but will not find driver for), I noticed another option in the "Printer List", which is: "hp photosmart". Once I selected that one, it recognized the driver without any problem and now I can print. Not sure whether that option was there before or not, but if it isn't, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Driver and make sure to look for the utilities in the Application/Utilities/hp folder for the installation program and other progs. Hope that helps!

The web install download appears to be broken - it fails trying to get a VISEData file....

So I'm stuck with an old 1.3.x version.

Works great. Tried it and worked the first time. I run OS 10.3 and tried many other drivers icluding running ghostscript and hpijs foomatic, but this works the best of all. one thing to install, perfect operation of your photosmart 7350 after.

Glad to see HP is starting to pay attention to Mac drivers. Lousy Mac software was previously a reason to avoid their products, but HP's recent Mac printer drivers have been very good.
