Mail Toolbox is the son of Mail Siphon combined with Mail Watcher. It's
been written from scratch as a Cocoa application specially designed for
Mac OS X v10.2 (Jaguar) and v10.3 (Panther).
Mail Toolbox is many tools in one application. It can be seen as the
Swiss Army knife for managing e-mailboxes. You can use Mail Toolbox as
an online mail client, a mail watcher, a tool to delete SPAM, etc.
Mail Toolbox is a true e-mail agent (to receive and send messages). It
has the honor of being the only online agent of its kind for Mac OS X. It
supports: POP3, APOP, IMAP

I paid $21 for this app long ago and never got my serial number. It's a great app--I find it indispensable and it still runs under Leopard--but I find it very irritating that in the menu bar it still says "Not registered" beside the app's icon. Plus, whenever I need to close the app I get a nagging prompt that I haven't paid--which is not true.
Some folks have suggested the developer, Alexandre Carlhian, may have died. If that's the case--and I'd never suggest this otherwise--perhaps someone could post a serial number for the app (or send one directly to me).
Frustratingly,
BILL

I thought this was a usefull program so I paid the reg fee but BEWARE THIS SOFTWARE DEVELOPER TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT RETURN ANY REG CODE!!!! I am now trying to get a refund from Paypal!!
I no longer support this software app or any other app written by this author as he has failed (miserably) to follow-up with any questions; lacks any support for Tiger; does not response to the very forum that he, himself, set up.
ABSOLUTELY, NO TIGER SUPPORT.

Anyone know what has happened to Maliasoft? I've tried to download the app, but I get a 404 error on the site, no matter which page I try to load.

Hmmm...I tired to go to their site today, but it's not there. I was just at their forum inquiring about MT last week. MT works in Tiger, but there is anomaly in the menubar (only a readout issue). I cannot live without MT and hope that Developer gets it going.

A nice compact e-Mail notification and management package. Provides good "advance screening" functions for handling mail without loading a full e-Mil Client. The author has put a lot of time and work into Toolbox and has produced an excellent application that is well thought out and thorough in its implementation. That being said, his site is a bit SLOW in returning REGISTRATION CODES to those of us who have PAID the shareware fee.
Got the code - all is well - I love this app . Well worth the money . Dang drama.

Hold your horses there...he will respond to you, he always does. You'll get your code. The first time I wrote him he took a couple weeks to respond (that was along time ago). Now he responds very quickly. He has some good things in the works for the next releases of MT.
Just a warning - I have purchased this app but can not get the developer to send me a registration code . The payment was taken from my account promptly but no reg code to be seen . I have emailed the author - no luck . I have posted a message on their forum - no luck . I just wanted to let everyone else know about this. I now will have to go to the trouble of calling my bank to reverse the charges . This SUX . Great app - deplorable support . Do not but this or you will forever see " Not registered " in your Apple Bar.

Absolutely, unequivocally, excellent. New features are faster. Interface is cleaner. Author responses to e-mails. Continually revising and improving. I have dumped the rest and now use Mail Toolbox.
