Okay so when is the new version going to come out?
Both the installer and the patch work on both my computers eMac 700mhz 10.2.8 and PowerMac G4 933mhz 10.3.1
Maybe the downloads are getting corrupt somehow?
Can someone who cant get it working open up terminal, type 'MD5 ' and drag the file 'MSNMessengerPatch.sit' onto the terminal window.
the hash should be '5b93878c38f594f14e4c7a9399cb6e22'
If not then it could be stuffit thats corrupting the application.
Heres the files in a dmg image:

http://bowling.customer.netspace.net.au/MSNMessengerManualPatch.dmg
Hope this fixes the problems

For those of you having trouble with the installer, here's a link to the raw resource file:
http://bowling.customer.netspace.net.au/MSNMessengerpatch(Manual).sit
To install, control click on your MSN Messenger application, select "Show Package Contents", open the Folder "Contents", then 'Resources". Backup the file called "MSN Messenger.rsrc" if you want to revert back to the old MSN. Then replace "MSN Messenger.rsrc" with the downloaded file.
+1
