How about a refund then? You were good enough to accept my Paypal payment in 2007 WITHOUT ever contacting me or sending me the purchased software.

Made a donation some 18 months ago but never received the nag-free app (and I'm not the only one). I send numerous emails but the dev never responded. I send him an email again 10 days ago using a different email address, but still no response. I have reported the developer to PayPal for fraud and I asked for a refund.

BE ADVISED: DO NOT MAKE A DONATION TO THIS DEVELOPER.

I also donated some time ago and received the nag-free app.
But still I'm using "Max" instead of "cue-splitter" as it produces better files (no drops at tracks change).

I found the download via another site, at http://www.gritsch-soft.com/_appcuesplitter/cue-splitter_v2.6.zip. Inside the ZIP is an "I've already donated.app" which cuts out the nagging.

Seems to work ok on Leopard 10.5.5. It may be PPC only, but seems fine on my Intel iMac.

Shame the developer has disappeared. I would like to support an app like this.

I made a donation to the author but he never did send me a nag-free version of Cue-Splitter (as promised when you press the donate button), nor did he answer any email I send him.

So if you're after the nag-free version you'd better think twice.

Excellent little app, very useful. The author has made the latest version suitable for OS X 10.4 (and hopefully it will keep on working with 10.5) and as a result thereof this app is now donationware. Recommended!

been using this for a while now on 10.3 and was shocked when it didn't work in 10.4. thought my best app would need replacing and was unable to find one... the tip below fixed it ! brilliant app, brilliant tip !
