I have never seen a package that requires an individual serial number check every time a customer places an order.
If they payed attention to their support email acccount, they might notice that their server is down.
I have had to pay many developers good money to repair bugs in their software because they have no tech support or customer service.
They need to start offering refunds for software that doesn't work!

eShox can do almost anything and everything that you would want and if you have some strange mod that you want, the developer has quite a few people that are skilled at eShox that he refers you to.
So far every one of my clients that have gone with the eShox solution are quite pleased with it.
There has been a slew of updates, add more functionality, make the code snappier, etc etc right after the other. With the ease of the built in Software Update, updating to the latest and greatest version takes two mouse clicks and you're up and running!
I would definitely recommend this solution to any business seriously looking for a great eCommerce package!
