It first appeared on the Commodore Amiga--otherwise known as the best computer there ever was, back when everybody else was doing 1 bit sound and 2-bit graphics. Imagine PCs with 4 colors. Apple II had 6. Look up Mobygames.

And this is a real game of Mahjong. It's a lot more complicated. Take a few evenings to learn the rules, but works great as an online game for 4. Any big game publishers want to get it right for real Mahjong lovers?

Can't any of these programmers make a REAL 4 player mahjong game, the one which REAL Chinese and Japanese people play???
The REAL 4 player mahjong which Asian people play is similar to the card games GIN, CANASTA, and POKER. It has nothing to do with tile matching.
The tile matching solitaire game was invented by an AMERICAN programmer called BROKIE LEONARD in the 1980's, NOT REAL MAHJONG.
Time and Time, nearly every single Westerner I meet has been brainwashed into thinking mahjong is that tile matching game when it is NOT!!!!!!
Programmers, stop giving this game the wrong name, what ignorance!!!
