So does this not work with ipod touch? Because i plugged in my ipod touch and needed to extract it because i lost all my music but it kept saying "please connect ipod"

It seems as though everyone is having trouble with this program. Is it worth getting and using if it's like this?

And has anyone had this program somehow mess up your ipod, or itunes, or even something else on your computer?

i tried to use this to copy 35GB of music from an ipod classic to my mac 10.5.6 but it came up with an error that said argument too long, or something to that effect. I can't paste the error here... any help?

I connected my ipod to the computer to extract musics as guided and followed the process, and I came up with /bin/sh:....argument list too long error message(126)

Please help me solve this...

Copying my tracks back worked fine, sync rating and play counts too,

but i got the following on syncing Playlists:

AppleScript Error
iTunes got an error: Can't get every track of playlist "Library" of source "Library" whose name of it = "Let there be light". (-1728)

What could i do???
