ReViewPkg allows you to look inside pkg files and extract files inside.
Apple already provides a context menu for this, why do you need an application for it?
I think you are getting mixed up with Bundles and Packages. Although the Apple command is 'Show Package Contents', it actually works on any bundle. This is for Installer packages, with extension .pkg.
