I hike and drive off-road a lot and this has features that I'll be using to plan and review trips. You can create waypoints, routes, and tracks on a map graphic (jpeg and others) and export them to your GPS. And you can import them from your GPS to display on your map graphic.
While it still lacks some basic features like measuring in miles (right now it measures in Kilometers) and the ability to print a map you've been working on, I bought it right away. It's well worth the asking price right now and Mac users really need to support this. We don't have many choices in this category and this software is very promising!
Buy it now so they'll keep working on it!
