it's too bad this was discontinued, but good that it's still made available. I like to set this at 220 bpm, the tempo that shamanic drumming is at, and then do some shamanic jouneying. I've tried a few other metronome programs and this one is the best.

They stopped updating it quite some time ago. Too bad, because I can't find another metronome that has what I'm looking for (alternate time signatures etc.)

A great little program! It has more features than a bona fide metronome, plus it's free. Small, fast, easy to use, and fun to play with. Every musician should have this on their Mac.
