the link is bad, or the software is no longer available, or i'm doing something wrong? right click and "save download file as" and just clicking the file does not download YAAC.

the link to YAAC doesn't download, but instead takes you to anarcasa.com (http://www.anarcasa.com/software/sw/YAAC.dmg.tgz - and what appears in downloads is YAAC.dmg.tgz.html)

I found that YAAC worked a little better... ferwer errors, but then maybe the errors were just not reported before.

Can't download the program - just goes to the anarcasa page and does nothing. I'm using the latest safari browser and I can't figure out the problem - have tried from many hosting sites and no successful download.

That would be because the software no longer exists. Can't be found. Is extinct. Not available.

Anyone know of a program that will convert Windows Media Player Video/Audio and Real Audio/Video? these two applications are quite crappy, but I'd prefer to use Quicktime Player or VLC to view them! they would also work on my dvd player if I had them in MPEG format!

there is an audio converter called easy wma which converts windows media to quicktime. you can download it free from pure-mac.com in the audio section. hope this helps

I couldn't find an app to convert Flac straight to mp3, so I thought YAAC might be a good option since it can at least convert to AIFF then to Mp3 using the same app instead of multiple apps. It does work, but unless I am missing something you can only convert one file at once which just makes it too tedius to use for most conversion tasks. The program itself is very nice and simple though. If it could batch convert it would be worth 5 stars. If it could somehow convert flac straight to mp3 it would be worth 100 stars.

does it convert real player files?, if it dont i am looking for a program that does except audio hijack which is so slow when u have to listen to the whole song.

I don't believe that such a program exists yet, but when it does, then it will be in mega trouble with Real networks for creating it!

Interface was very user-friendly, but I was wondering if maybe in a future update songs could be converted from the evil Window's Media Player format (wma) that's not compatible with iTunes?
