Sorry- in that last post I meant to write that standard DV is 3:2 not 2:3.

To the developer: thanks for the UB version, however one of the things keeping me from purchasing ME3D is the 4:3 to 2:3 aspect ratio issue. ME3D has a 4:3 preview display while standard DV for iMovie is 2:3. This isn't a big issue when importing DV into ME3D as it returns to 2:3 on export.

The problem arises when importing photos to ME3D- they look fine in the 4:3 preview display but are horizontally compressed on export to DV. I have to use QT Pro with special masks to make the DV suitable for iMovie so that the images are not distorted.

When I load a DV clip into ME3D, I get a small 4:3 video mess, with a system message that I may not have enough memory. I'm on a G4 on X, with additional memory.

I can't save, even under the trial! It asks me where to save, but the file doesn't appear in the desktop.
