Not ready for Snow Leopard or even Leopard. It's PPC-only.

The developer should not expect any money from this.

I guess I should have learned to avoid anything that has an actively-built OS 7, 8, and 9 edition as it will be a disaster on OS X.

I agree with the others who remark that it's difficult to find a reason to pay for the functionality in this program, when it is less than what is offered by TextWrangler free.

With TextWrangler free, it's difficult to come up with a reason why this is worth paying for.

Well, for one thing, it will work on Jaguar. My computer lab at school is dragging feet to put Panther (let alone Tiger) on these machines. All of the great text editors (Text Wrangler, SubEthaEdit) are for Panther only.

Assuming you mean TextEdit, from the list at the top of the page:

What's the advantage of this over SubEthaEdit or Smultron, now that's a good question.

The download .sit file seems to be uncompiled at best. Gives Stuffit Expander an error.
