Apple Mail Signature Generator is a Perl script that uses Fortune to create as many signatures as you desire and creates a new signatures.plist for your Mail app.
Requirements
PPC, Mac OS X 10.2 or later, Apple's Mail.app, Perl, Fortune (from Fink or Darwin Ports).
