Make Flash text effects in seconds! The Wild FX text animator (formerly known as SWfX) comes with 400+ effects including 40+ customizable effects that work with your installed fonts. Wild FX is amazingly easy to use. Just enter your text and select an effect. Wild FX lets you generate new custom effects templates without requiring any programming knowledge, save your settings files, as well as add background images, text fills, gradients and strokes. There's an HTML export option that includes the ability to automatically generate pop-up javascript code, as well as a host of automated Flash functions

Totally sucks! Crashes all the time! Just try to reinstall later on a different machine. Impossible!!! You are locked out and forget tech support. Non existent after 15 days. You cannot even install without an internet connection! It cannot be ran on a new Mac with 10.5. Forget this crap! I am a legitimate owner of this software yet it cannot be reinstalled again on any machine. The installer still looks for Internet Explorer to validate registration. Total rip off!!!

The program constantly crashes. They do offer a good e-mail response and assistance, I give them that, but there where no fixes to the crashes as of this writing.

Crashes randomly when tabbing through the forms, or if you add a background image and remove it.

You can't directly import the animations into Flash MX, rather, you have to use a loadmovie() to load each animation into the movie.

If you where a Swish user, this is not a replacement. It does not have layers where you can create multiple text effects and import them directly into flash.

I've been avoiding Virtual PC like the plague, however, I do need an FX generator and can't find anything comparable to Swish or Swift 3-D for the MAC platform yet.

Seriously... is it THAT difficult to do this stuff in flash?? People.. flash is easy when it comes to text effects.

A terrible app that has no target market...a professional animator or flash user would not be caught dead using this...and the last review is correct...the registration process is ridiculous, intrusive, and actually gets in the way of legal use of this app.

This new version has been out for about two weeks now. The effect are cheesy, so if you're striving for some professional results-skip this. But they'll wow your average yokel. The registration process is ridiculous. Quark is an easier app to register. Overall-eh....
