Desktop Carousel can change or update your desktop picture at specified intervals. The cool thing about Desktop Carousel is that it can use both Internet URLs as well as local pictures on your own computer to join the rotation, meaning you could use pictures that are located on the web.

I think Desktop Carousel is a great program, especially for watching live webcams. I dont care about the QUALITY of webcam-pictures, it's about ACTUALITY! Thumbs up for Carousel!

Not to mention the fact that Web cam images are usually (in my experience) of such abysmal quality, I wouldn't even begin to consider putting them on my desktop.
