ToggleFork is a simple drag and drop tool which lets you transfer the resources from a fork to the other. it is a carbon app running both under OS9 and OSX.

Traditionally, Macintosh files have always been constituted of two forks: the data fork and the resource fork. With bundled applications, Apple has introduced a new model: resources can now be stored in the data fork of a file rather than in its resource fork.
Requirements
PPC, Mac OS 9.0 or later, CarbonLib.
