Fantasticly simple tool. I use it every day. It would be great if you could set the location of append (i.e., add to top of text file or bottom). Thanks!

I used to have this installed and loved it, but for some reason didn't save the download. Now all I get when downloading either from here or from the developers page is:

Unable to unarchive "AppendNote.dmg.gz" into "Downloads".
(Error 1 - Operation not permitted.)

Could anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Other gzip archives works fine, so it's not that the format is unsupported.

Anniqa,

Did you ever get it to install? I downloaded with Wayback, but get the same error message you did. I would really like to have a copy of this service.
