Nobody needs software of this kind. Just go Input Menu > Character Palette, nose around in the various ranges of glyphs, find what you want, hit the Insert button, and there it is in your document (it may not display properly unless you use a Unicode-friendly polytonic font, i. e. Lucida Grande or Times New Roman).

UnicodeChecker does this as well, and more, and it's free.

$10 is not much at all for this is very useful software. It was a great idea to create it.

BEWARE all! You're buying a license for only one CPU for your $10. I just moved to a new iBook and when I opened this program, it said I needed to buy a new copy for this CPU. I don't recall being told anywhere about this restriction when I bought it, and would not have paid for it if I'd known.

Seems pretty obvious to me that the license is for one computer.

Doesn't work for me. I've restarted my computer, and yet it doesn't even show up in the "Services" menu.

Neat little application, because my html editor seems to have some problem with japanese, this came in handy, though only for small amounts of text.

It looks like a great idea. Installs as a service for cross application use. Only problem it would not work for me. Tried using it in word and also in BBEdit. They say it works in carbon apps like BBEdit. NOPE. Well not for me anyways. If it worked as advertised I would give it a 10 everywhere. But since I could not get it to work I can only give it...well...nothing.

As far as I know, services only work with Cocoa apps.
