Glypha III is a classic arcade game by John Calhoun in which you are placed inside an Egyptian temple with only your lance and a winged steed to aid you, here you are forced to do battle with Sphinxes in order to gain the honour of a place on the High Scores list. The game is based on Joust and features sound and the original animated graphics. Both the game and its source code are released into the public domain.

Sorry, this is quite cheesy, the graphics and sound are very mediocre... Keep away...

The best game I've ever played. I've been sitting playing it for hours now and still I can't get enough. It's absolutely awesome. It's great! It's FANTASTIC!!!

I played the original games many years ago and was tottally addicted to it for a while (as was the rest of my family). I'm glad its been updated to OS X, its identical to it was before (which is good!). Great game to play!
