This stopped working after the last system update. I keep getting 'no audio codec' found, even after selecting a codec.

Hard to use. I just need to convert .wmv to .avi, and I keep getting an error that says '0' cant be a boolean. Looks like a program, not user, glitch here.

Great app. You just gotta learn how to use it and done! The only thing is that there should be an option to select the final size of the movie before starting the conversion. Good interface and very nice speed!

HAve to make an additional review...

Along with DVD Backup Mencoder worked fine! Took me a while but I got it.

Good program, and much faster than anything out their!

Get nothing but:

Worked very well on my 1st attempt but didn't work on my later attempts.

It just may not have worked on the one movie (Lord Of The Rings) that I was trying as my 2nd try.

This seems to be a great app though.

Excellent program. Easy interface, good rips, and it is very fast! Took about 3 hours to rip a movie with excellent quality on my 1Ghz PowerBook G4.

This Programme along with OSEx is all one needs to rip good quality DivX from your favourite DVD`s Play them in VLC and you are sorted. Find it takes about 5 hrs to rip a 3 hour movie at v good quality. The only problem is with the sound conversion from 5.1 to 2 channel there are a few cracks along the way but otherwise its top notch!

This version removes features like rebuild avi, and avi splitter. Why'd you take them out? is There a place to find the old versions now?

having trouble locating the input device dvd
i did the whole mount thing in terminal but i'm not sure what to actually place in the input line for the dvd location

could use a bit of help here

/dev/disk1 is the location of my drive and is what was used on the older mEncoders...how do i use it on the new one?

Preview movie looks great but there seems to be a bug. When I select Start Conversion it tells me I haven't selected an audio encoder, when I have!

Have tried a variety of fixes.
