I'm a paying user of A.I.D. and can no longer get it to work properly. It will "Fetch" everything but the Item Title. Too bad because it was great while it lasted. I thought maybe it because I upgraded our main computer to 10.3.5 but I installed it on a different computer running 10.3.4 and still get the same results. Probably something eBay is doing to try and force you to use eBay 2.0. Anyone know anything similar we can use?

Have used A.I.D. until eBay started scalping developers of such programs to the degree that Epigroove could not longer afford to try to keep up with their changes. This is still the simpliest and easiest to use auction program I have seen for the Mac but, alas, it is now dead. Previous reviews with problems were possibly due to changes at eBay rather than changes or lack thereof within the program. It always worked for me under every OS X version that has been released until the developer stopped supporting it.

Upgraded to 4.2.4 and here's what happened. 1. Crash when attempting to 'update auctions', 2. Show my bidding and show my selling work fine; 3. Crash when attempting to 'fetch all'
Hoping you get it to work.

4.2.4 is a definite improvement. So far it runs in OS X. Did not try to start OS9, did not crash.

garbage.previous releases have worked..THIS ONE DOES NOT...
Is the developer this out of it ???

The OSX version tries to launch OS9 classic suddenly..Doesn't leave feedback.Everything the above poster said is correct.

I hope someone puts out a working auction program for MAC users so I can retire this piece of junk that DOESN'T WORK ANYWAY!!!!

Someone bring back the old creator of re:sale!

This software is nothing but *crippleware* for this OSX release.Other versions worked fine.
Nothing works right here...
It won't fetch pictures..It treats fixed price auctions as DUTCH,it doesn't get totals correct for those auctions.
It doesn't know when auctions have closed-you have to manually "FETCH" all of the details..Leaving feedback doesn't work either....This is the worst attempt at OSX ware I've run into yet.

FIX THIS or lose your customer base...
