Looks pretty and definitely more functional then iCal.

But it would be better if it actually used the new Calendar Store API in 10.5 which eliminates the need to have to "Sync" the calendar data since any application can view, create and edit calendar data from a single data store.

The price seems high as well.

I'm gonig to try this release ... the interface is nothing less than astonishing, compared to iCal ... when and if this totally matures, it will be major.

I purchased and have used even-t since the 1.0 version. I cannot recommend purchasing the new version for these reasons because the developer has a history of making promises but not delivering. He says that 2.0, when out of beta, will synchronize via iSync. I will believe that when the functionality actually arrives.

A bit expensive but worth the money.

If you feel that iCal is nice but a little bit limidted try this.
You can do much much more than iCal.
(You can keep archives of your old calendars. Layouts are much more flexibles. Data entry is much more efficient. ,Can use the same calendar format than iCal, etc...)

Give it a try and juge by yourself.

I can't recommend this software at all. It looks quite interesting, but

- the author does not answer emails (that's so poor) and
- he won't even help to solve problems you may have with this rubbish
- this behaviour is typically german. Buy things but don't even think about service!
- the software is incomplete --> no automatically synchronization with iCal
- and many things more!
- there are a lot of bugs
- the handling is not very intuitively

Last but not least the programmer has to do so much work. Why releasing such a incomplete peace of software?!!

This is a rather expensive but unique calendar application. It is great for day and week views with highly responsive scrolling. But beware: some basic features are missing like printing (!) and export. Still more than a little rough around the edges but my favorite.
