I tried the demo. I like the video capture but there was 'no audio' . Is it because this is a demo?
I will buy it once I know that the audio portion of the video can be captured as well.

Movie Archive is so easy to use. It's also good value for money. All the basic requirements are there: tape number, discriptions and the capture/browse window. What more to you need. Easy to import media across to Final Cut or iMovie

I've looked at similar software like CatDV (personal edition) with puzzlement and choked on their price.

At version 1.0 Movie Archive shows a lot of promise.
