iCal to Sidekick is an AppleScript to extract calendar information from iCal into a format that the T-Mobile Sidekick Desktop Interface can understand. It's based on Ben Gertzfield's Address Book to Sidekick script.
To use, run the script. Name you export file (or simply use the default). The script will ask whether or not you want to export each calendar within iCal. Upload the file to T-Mobile Sidekick Desktop Interface at . Be sure to leave the data format as "Microsoft Outlook (.txt file)".
